Definitions
‘Non-personal Information’ (NPI) is information that is in no way personally identifiable. Some NPI is obtained automatically when you access our website with a web browser. ‘Personally Identifiable Information’ (PII) is information that is not publicly displayed and that is personally identifiable to you and obtained for us to provide you with our product and services. 'Platform' refers to the Sqooasha website and/or mobile application.
Protecting Your Privacy
When you subscribe to one of our services we may ask you to provide information about yourself such as their first name, last name, email address and password. All passwords are encrypted in our effort to keep your account secured.
In our effort to provide a pleasant experience while using Sqooasha, we store some information while you use the platform. Some of the data include frequently accessed pages, unexpected errors that may occur during the use of the application and annoymous tracking of voice commands that are made to the mobile application, to ensure the application responds as expected.
Consequently, by activating the voice feature of the Sqooasha mobile app, you acknowledge and agree that your voice commands will be recorded and stored in order to respond to your commands and improve our service.
You have the right to request that all your data be delete from our system. When contacting us to completely remove your data from our system, we may ask for information to validate your identification before we remove any information to prevent malicious removal of account information. Crash Logs
If one of our applications crashes while in use by you, the data on the crash will be collected and sent to us to help identify the cause of the crash, so that we can attempt to address it in a future update. No PII’s are included in these crash logs. The ‘crash logs’ contain information about the state of the application, operating system, type of device and the time of the crash.

Generally you control the amount and type of information that you provide to us when using our platform. If you register as a user or member to use our platform, you must provide PII in order for us to provide you with various features and/or functionality of our platform. Automatic Information

Google Remarketing

Why am I seeing ads for products I’ve viewed?
Our platform uses a remarketing advertising service. Our remarketing service is provided by Facebook. With remarketing you may see ads for our products which you have previously looked at when you use Facebook. You have the right to revoke your consent for us to use your personal information at any time.
